Please join Europa Editions as we celebrate the launch of our new Tonga Books imprint with author Alexander Maksik (You Deserve Nothing), author and editor Alice Sebold (The Lovely Bones), critic Joe Fassler, and Europa’s Michael Reynolds. There will be reading, there will be conversing, there will be Existentialist trivia, and there will be excellent prizes.
You Deserve Nothing, Maksik’s first novel, was published in September. “Existentialism sits easily in hands of a brave new voice” raved the Irish Examiner. It was acquired and edited for Tonga by Alice Sebold.
