Award-winning storyteller Melanie Rae Thon is back with a new novel, The Voice of the River, and the collection In This Light: New and Selected Stories. Thon is the author of three previous novels and two collections, with work anthologized in O. Henry Prize Stories, Pushcart Prize Stories, and Best American Short Stories. For 26 years, the Center for Literary Arts has presented the South Bay’s most prominent literary series.
